12 Steps to a Professional Air Duct Cleaning Job

Step 1. Protection
Job one at Breathe Easy Air Duct Cleaning is the protection of your home or business property. We begin by placing a heavy vinyl tarp over your driveway.
Step 7. Air Washing
Each heat line will be forward and reverse snaked with 250lb of air pressure to ensure that they are spotless.
Step 2. Monster Vaccuum
Our goal is to remove all of the dirt and dust. The truck-vac system is among the most powerful systems available in the duct cleaning industry.
Step 8. Scrub the System
Pulling large volumes of air toward the truck, we now send our scrubbing tools down each supply run to remove every trace or dirt, dust and hair.
Step 3. Trained Technicians
No sub-contractors or one-man crews at Breathe Easy Air Duct Cleaning. Our specialists are experienced in the latest procedures and most effective cleaning tools.
Step 9. Trucks & Plenums
All trunk lines (supply) and plenums (return air) are cleanedd with our special scrubbing tools. Specially designed plastic plugs ensure there's no air flow loss.
Step 4. Complete Set-up
Work will not begin until the floors, doorways and corners are protected against dirt or scratching. Protective shoe covers are worn at all times.
Step 10. Furnace Interior
The cleaning is completed with the air-washing and vaccuum of the drop, filter box, blower fan, cabinet interior and combustion chamber.
Step 5. Negative Air Pressure
The 8" vaccuum hose is attached to both the supply and return sides of the system. During the cleaning, all dirt and debris is pulled directly to the vac truck.
Step 11. Video Inspection
We will inspect the duct work with a duct camera and take digital pictures of your air ducts.
Step 6. Maximum Vaccuum
All cold air returns and heat registers are sealed or removed, maximizing the air flow in that duct line.
Step 12. Wrapping it Up!
New galvanized access panels are installed over the vaccuum hose openings. Debris is removed and floors cleaned.
